RA MP to Zakharova: Armenia is guided by its national interests

ArmInfo.The statements of Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, about Armenia's participation in the NATO military  exercises are unclear. Artur Hovhannisyan, MP from the ruling "Civil  Contract" faction, stated this on April 14 at a briefing in the RA  National Assembly.

It should be noted that on April 12, at a briefing, Maria Zakharova  stated that Russia had requested clarification from Armenia regarding  the joint exercises with NATO. , Zakharova said.

According to Hovhannisyan, Armenia is guided based on its national  interests, taking steps to increase the combat capability of the  country's armed forces. ,  Hovhannisyan said.
