State Minister: Rumors about evacuation of residents of Artsakh by  Russian peacekeepers are not true

ArmInfo.Rumors about the evacuation of Artsakh residents by Russian peacekeepers or the transfer of a large number of Artsakh residents to Armenia are not  true; this is another manifestation of Azerbaijani information  attacks. State Minister of Artsakh Gurgen Nersisyan wrote about this  on his Facebook page.

He also recalled that after the blocking of the road linking Artsakh  with Armenia by Azerbaijan, the people of Artsakh have long been  deprived of the opportunity to travel from Artsakh to Armenia for a  variety of needs.
