Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at a meeting with U.S. State Department Senior Adviser for Caucasus Negotiations, Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Louis Bono, presenting the details of the sabotage attack by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on the law enforcement officers of Artsakh.
According to the press service of the government, the prime minister noted that as a result of the terrorist actions of the Azerbaijani side, 3 employees of the law enforcement agencies of Nagorno-Karabakh were killed days earlier. During the meeting, the parties also discussed the humanitarian situation that arose in Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijan's blockade of the Lachin corridor, the only road connecting the Republic with the outside world. In this regard, Nikol Pashinyan noted the need for Azerbaijan to immediately comply with the requirement of the International Court of Justice to unblock the Lachin corridor. According to the source, the interlocutors also discussed a number of issues related to the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the problems of Nagorno-Karabakh.
