"Dear colleagues, dear compatriots, today I submitted my resignation from the post of governor of Shirak region to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. I express my gratitude to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, colleagues of the executive and legislative authorities, as well as representatives of diplomatic and international structures for effective cooperation. The position of governor of Shirak was responsible and honorable. I assure you that during my tenure, I have combined my efforts and knowledge to solve the problems and concerns of the area. However, I must point out that no person or official can succeed in their job unless they have a knowledgeable team and experienced employees. I thank the staff of the Governor's Administration for their high professionalism and consistent work. The best indicator of the work done is the assessment and attitude of the people who obliged me as a governor to work harder and better. Considering the problem and concern of each inhabitant of the region as my own, I tried to solve it as quickly as possible. I really hope that the impartiality, justice and public thinking adopted in my work will continue to be a benchmark for the Shirak region. Saying goodbye to my native land, I wish it progress and development," wrote Baghdasaryan.
