ArmInfo.French President Emmanuel Macron will receive the co-presidents of the Coordinating Council of Armenian organizations in France, MM . Ara Toranian and Franck Papazian, Monday January 23, 2023 at the Elys‚e Palace, armenews.com reports.
The President of the Republic will seize this opportunity to salute the role of Armenian organizations in France in preserving the dynamism of the Armenian diaspora in France and contributing to the unique human, economic, cultural and historical ties that unite France and Armenia.
This meeting will be an opportunity for the Head of State to recall his unwavering attachment to Armenia's security and stability. He will reiterate France's commitment to stand alongside the Armenian populations, responding to their humanitarian needs and contributing to the country's resilience and development.
He will also review the action he has taken over the past few months, through his exchanges with Prime Minister PACHINIAN and President ALIEV and during the quadrilateral summit in Prague on October 6, 2022, to encourage the continuation of dialogue and work a lasting solution to the tensions in the region, including the restoration of free movement along the Lachin corridor blocked since December 12.
In the wake of this meeting, the President of the Republic will meet with French personalities committed to supporting Armenia in order to discuss the actions that France can take in favor of stability in the South Caucasus.
