ArmInfo. Analyzing the events of the last 5 days in Artsakh, one important conclusion can be drawn: from some center the task was set to change the socio-political agenda related to the Artsakh problem, Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the opposition parliamentary faction With Honor, has stated.
He drew attention to the fact that the issue of Artsakh was discussed for about a month in the context of the closure of the corridor and its consequences, the insufficient efforts of international actors and the government of the Republic of Armenia, and in recent days in the context of internal intrigues and the attitude of the ruling elite of Artsakh.
"Moreover, at some point the discussions turned into a plane - who supports whom in Artsakh and Armenia, who hates or criticizes whom," the deputy noted, adding that at some point the situation went into such a primitive field that anyone who conditionally stated that the snap elections in Artsakh pose a new threat was presented as a supporter of the line of the state minister and vice versa.
According to him, there is an elementary thing that is either poorly explained, or poorly perceived, or else, there are groups that purposefully do not want to understand.
"I made my ideological choice a long time ago, I am connected with Artsakh by many threads. Not to mention that I spent the best 6 years of my life in Artsakh. However, I from Yerevan do not consider myself in the right to dictate how to live or which path to choose I can analyze, make observations, point out risks, but the people of Artsakh must decide how to move, with whom or whom to remove.
My goal is to prevent the real agenda in the Artsakh issue from giving way to an artificial one, and ideological issues being pushed out of the core of discussions and transferred to the everyday level, because today it is a choice of life and death for our compatriots living in Artsakh. All our efforts should be directed towards the struggle for the existence of Artsakh," Abrahamyan stated.
