Critical patients in Artsakh cannot receive vitally important  treatment - minister 

ArmInfo. Artsakh Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan has reported a 44-year-old patient's death. The man could not receive necessary treatment as a result of the  Azerbaijan-imposed blockade. 

"All people have the right to timely medical care. Every minute  counts in emergencies. A number of critical patients cannot receive  medical aid of vital importance," Ms Avanesyan tweeted.
