ArmInfo.. Azerbaijan has caused a humanitarian crisis to solve its own political problems, Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the opposition parliamentary faction  With Honor, wrote in a Facebook post. 

"I insist that the grave situation in Artsakh is primarily a serious  political problem, a security problem, and only after that it is a  humanitarian one. Resolving the humanitarian problem alone will not  resolve the situation. Socio-economic issues are important, but  settling them will not finally resolve the situation," he wrote.
