Azerbaijan continues blockading Armenia-Artsakh road. 

ArmInfo.It is the eighth day that Azerbaijan has been blockading the only road connecting Artsakh with Armenia, the Artsakh InfoCenter reports. 

"1,100 citizens, with 270 of them under age, cannot return to their  homes. A round-the-clock hotline is operating: 119 for calls in  Artsakh and  +374-47-119-119 for calls from Armenia and from other  countries," the report reads.
