According to the press service of the RA Security Council, Grigoryan briefed his interlocutors on the closure of the Berdzor (Lachin) corridor by Azerbaijan - the only road connecting Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia, and the humanitarian crisis caused by this.
In this context, the Secretary of State stressed the importance of an adequate response from the international community.
Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom stressed Sweden's readiness not only to contribute to the establishment of stability in the region, but also to overcome the conflict both within the framework of the OSCE and with the support of the European Union.

In addition, from the evening of December 13, Azerbaijan also shut off the valve of the gas pipeline through which gas is supplied to the population of Nagorno-Karabakh. However, as it became known this morning, the gas supply has been restored.
According to some media reports, the road will be unblocked in the coming hours. Experts from the EU civil mission also arrived at the scene.
