ArmInfo. During today's working meeting chaired by State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Chief of the Operational Headquarters Ruben Vardanyan, issues related  to ensuring the normal life of the population in the situation caused  by the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan were considered. Opening the meeting, Ruben Vardanyan pointed out the need for the  strictest observance of the rules of the martial law regime by all  state bodies, and the manifestation of high discipline. <We are all  equal before the law, the position held cannot give an advantage in  resolving any issue. Only with such an approach difficulties, as well  as a sense of injustice can be overcome ," Ruben Vardanyan stressed.  During the meeting, the officials reported to the State Minister on  the available stocks of food, fuel, medicines and other essential  goods and the current manifestations of inflation, the Minister of  State considered it unacceptable to use such a difficult situation to  unreasonably increase the prices of goods. He also instructed  officials to draw up a list of other important goods, such as baby  food and other goods that need priority delivery.

The situation related to energy supply was also presented, and issues  of implementing measures that would minimize the shortage of  electricity were discussed. At the same time, the importance of  conscientious implementation of payments for consumed electricity was  emphasized. At the meeting, it was noted that there are enough flour  reserves in the republic and bread production is carried out in a  regular mode. The possibility of providing large bakeries with  alternative fuel and other means of energy supply was also discussed.
