Artsakh state minister chairs extraordinary meeting 

ArmInfo. Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan chaired an extraordinary meeting attended by civil defense officials. 

Mr Vardanyan stated that he will lead the headquarters that will  operate round-the-clock to deal with the problems caused by the  blockade of the road connecting Armenia with Artsakh. The situation  is complicated and Azerbaijan has actually enforced a blockade on  Artsakh, Mr Vardanyan said. However, the government is capable of  controlling the situation. Mr Vardanyan highlighted the importance of  efficient communication between the relevant links and of informing  the population. 

The officials informed the Artsakh state minister of the situation  and of the available resources.
