ArmInfo. Artsakh must remain an Armenian, developed and happy country. State Minister of the Republic Ruben Vardanyan stated this in an interview to the Public Television of Artsakh.
According to him, it is another problem that the faith of the people of the republic towards such a development of events has somewhat decreased, people do not believe in the future, they do not believe in the leaders. "But I'm sure we can achieve our goals, but it will require a lot of effort and work from us," the Minister of State said, mentioning the revision of the governance system among the priorities, which will allow the society to regain faith in its leaders. "In times of crisis, if you don't trust your leaders, you won't achieve anything. Secondly, it is very important that citizens realize the need for unity, and finally, thirdly, everyone should realize that changes are inevitable, but these changes will become painful for the elite, who previously had very great opportunities," Vardanyan emphasized.
He added that in the current situation, the President of the Republic, Arayik Harutyunyan, gave the Minister of State broad powers, including the formation of a new government, many of which are temporary. But as the State Minister noted, this does not mean that they did not work well. Each of them fulfilled the tasks assigned to them with honor, but today the situation requires new solutions. The Minister of State noted that it is very important for the Artsakh citizens temporarily resettled in Armenia to return to their homeland, for which it is necessary to solve the problems related to security, housing construction, and employment. , Vardanyan said.
He noted that the Azerbaijani authorities are doing everything to ensure that the Artsakh people leave their lands, as evidenced by the recen developments in Berdzor. In order to prevent such provocations from repeating, the Armenians of both Artsakh and Armenia have to unite. There are currently risks associated with the possibility of a severe winter.
