ArmInfo. Ilham Aliyev's "environmental activist" have not, in fact, found any problems or roads in Azerbaijan, with its mines and corrupt authorities, to raise the problems and block the roads, Artak Beglaryan, Advisor to the Artsakh State Minister, reported.
Artsakh has none of the alleged environmental problems. First, the tailing dump of the Kashen mine in Artsakh meets the highest international standards, with regular inspections by international experts.
Secondly, the mine is located about 19km of the nearest Azerbaijani village, Kapanli, a very long way of their water resources.
"I will not be surprised if one fine day Aliyev's 'human rights activists' will blocke the sole road connecting Armenia with Artsakh, demanding that Aliyev release Azerbaijani political prisoners," Mr Beglaryan wrote.
