A similar opinion was expressed in an interview with RTVI by State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan, answering a question about the role of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Artsakh issue.
At the same time, he stressed that the interests of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Iran, which has its own position on this issue, should be taken into account. Vardanyan also noted Turkey's active interference in politics in the Caucasus.
"This is a separate complex course, because the peace treaty is a separate topic, it is connected with the situation regarding the future of Artsakh, but it does not determine the future of our region, our country," he stressed. The State Minister also noted that further plans will be adjusted depending on the agreement.
