ArmInfo.Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan has accused the Azerbaijani president of a gross violation of the Sochi agreement.
"In his latest speech, president Aliyev flagrantly violated the agreement on refraining from the threat or use of force, stipulated in Sochi trilateral statement. Oddly enough, he accuses Armenia of violating mutually agreed statements!" Pashinyan tweeted.
Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan reaffirmed their commitment to comply with the agreements of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021, the leaders' statement said at the end of the Sochi meeting.
They reaffirmed their commitment to comply strictly with all of these agreements in the interests of comprehensive normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations, peace, stability, security and sustainable economic development in the South Caucasus.
They agreed to refrain from use or threat of force, discuss and solve all problematic issues exclusively on the basis of mutual recognition of sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders in accordance with the UN Charter and the Declaration of Alma-Ata of 1991.
On the basis of existing achievements, it was agreed to continue the search for mutually acceptable solutions. The Russian Federation will provide all possible assistance to this.
