ArmInfo. The current authorities of Armenia continue their anti-Armenian and anti-Artsakh policy based on the interests of Baku and Ankara. This is stated in the statement of the "Armenia" bloc, published in connection with recognizing Konstantin Zatulin, chairman of the State Duma's Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, as persona non grata in Armenia.
The report says that the target of the authorities are persons who have been criticized by Turkey and Azerbaijan for many years and who in their public, professional or political activities had and have approaches arising from the interests of Armenia, Artsakh and the Armenian people.
It is noteworthy that the message, according to which Konstantin Zatulin is an "unwelcome" person in Armenia and a ban on his entry, was sent by the head of the Foreign Relations Department of the RA National Assembly.
"This step of the authorities is aimed, on the one hand, at satisfying the demands of Baku and Ankara, and on the other hand, at breaking the friendly and allied relations between Armenia and Russia," the statement says.
The "Armenia" bloc strongly condemns "this another anti-Armenian step of the current Armenian authorities", stating that under the current policy, the challenges to the security of Armenia and Artsakh are only increasing.
