Given that the accusation is related to the professional activities of Erik Aleksanyan, the trial of the criminal case will be in the center of attention of the Chamber of Advocates," the press service of the Chamber of Advocates reported.

The Armenian media, referring to the press service of the RA General Prosecutor's Office, also reported that on October 17, the Prosecutor General of Armenia, on the basis of Part 1 of Article 161 of the Constitutional Law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia", sent a petition to the Supreme Judicial Council for consent to initiate criminal prosecution against judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of First Instance of Yerevan Arusyak Aleksanyan.
