The trilateral statements by the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders lay the basis for covering all the aspects of Yerevan-Baku relations, establishment of long-lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov stated at his meeting with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, in Astana, Kazakhstan.
"On the sidelines of international meetings we can discuss regional problems, including relations between out close friends, Armenia and Azerbaijan, in the context of the agreements reached by the Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders," Lavrov said.
"A separate subject is consensus on a peace agreement in addition to the agreements on unblocking economic and transport links, border delimitation by forming a bilateral Armenian-Azerbaijani commission with the Russian's side's advisory assistance," Lavrov said.
