At the same time, the Ministry expressed regret over the killings and destruction in Armenian cities.
"We call for a cessation of hostilities, respect for the ceasefire, and the resumption and continuation of negotiations between the two countries. The Ministry also emphasizes the need for restraint, prevention of military escalation, return to dialogue, respect for the principles of international law and signed agreements, and the adoption of peaceful solutions to disputes provided for by the UN Charter in order to stop attacks and restore security," the Lebanese Ministry said in a statement.
