Armenia`s Health Ministry expects adequate assessment of  WHO on  criminal actions of Azerbaijan

The shelling of ambulances and healthcare facilities of Armenia by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces is a crime - a gross violation of international  humanitarian law and international conventions. This is stated in the  statement of the Ministry of Health.  The department presented the  registered facts to the World Health Organization and transmitted it  through all international channels, expecting condemnation and an  adequate assessment of the criminal actions of Azerbaijan.

On the night of September 13, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked  Armenia along the entire perimeter of the border. Armenia turned to  Russia, the CSTO and the UN Security Council in connection with the  aggression of Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of Armenia.  In connection with the current situation, the RA police switched to  an enhanced mode of service.  It should be noted that during his  speech in Parliament on September 13, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan said that as a result of the aggression of the Azerbaijani  Armed Forces, the death toll of the Armenian side was 49 people. At  the same time, he added with regret that this is not final  information.
