At the end of this month, it is planned to publish the Russian version of the concise encyclopedia of the Artsakh Republic Foreign Ministry "The Artsakh Issue and the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Artsakh. Facts and Recommendations on the Main Ideas and Key Concepts", reads a Facebook post by Artsakh FM David Babayan.
The presentation of the Armenian version of the encyclopedia was held in Yerevan on June 20. The encyclopedia was released by the Artsakh Foreign Ministry and sponsored by unnamed philanthropists.
"This concise encyclopedia contains information on historical facts, Artsakh's role in history and diplomacy, accurate names of Artsakh districts. It contains information on the causes of the Azerbaijani- Karabakh conflict and on the chronology that would be of interest to political and public circles and mass media," Minister Babayan said at the presentation.
The first volume contains information on facts and concepts. The second volume deals with the Nagorno- Karabakh conflict, its legal, political and humanitarian aspects. The third volume deals with the arguments Azerbaijan is putting forward. The volume contains information on the negotiation process Artsakh's role in the history of the Armenian state, international mediators' efforts. Artsakh is the only state without borders as all of them have turned into contact lines. A total of 5,500 copies of the book will be printed.
