ArmInfo. The Ministry of Environment of Armenia issued a reminder of the responsibility for collecting plants listed in the Red Book without permission.
On its Facebook page, the department notes that there are many warnings that a water lily listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Armenia is being sold on the streets of the capital, and photos taken by tourists appear on the Internet, indicating violations of ecological ecosystems. "The water lily is one of the most beautiful plants of the Armenian Highlands, listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Armenia. Dear citizens, we urge you to treat the beauty of nature with maximum care and responsibility, especially since it is listed in the Red Book and is also regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
