ArmInfo.Persecutions are going on, and the ARF-D Youth Union is a new target, reads a statement by the ARF Western Europe Central Committee.
Two weeks after ARF Bureau member Murad Papazian was denied entry to Armenia, ARF Youth Union member Suneh Abrahamian, was denied entry to Armenia to attend a camp in Syunik organized by the ARF Youth Office on Sunday.
"We are rejecting this antinational conduct of the antinational authorities. We demand that Armenia's National Security Service remain committed to its vocation and stop being involved in decision-making splitting the nation. The Pashinyan-led anti-national and dictatorial clan must not cherish delusions that it can break the fighting spirit of ARF youth by imposing such bans. The ARF will even more actively continue fighting for removal of this decayed regime and construction of a rule-of-law state," the statement reads.
Armenia's security officials have banned Masis Abrahamian, an Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) activist and head of the Armenian National Committee of the Netherlands, from entering the country, the ARF Western Europe Central Committee said in a statement on Monday.
"It is clear that a list of the so-called undesirable elements is ready. And as we stressed in our previous statements, the National Security Service, an instrument at the service of the Pashinyan conspiratorial regime, which leading this country toward an abyss, is equally responsible for the antinational decisions we are rejecting in every possible way. We are going to fight this disgraceful campaign of statelessness using all legal means. "The authors of such cowardly decisions are pathetic, especially if they think that in this way they can silence the figures who have devoted themselves to the defense of the territorial integrity of Armenia and Artsakh. Our struggle will only intensify to culminate in the restoration of a national state based on rule of law, the precondition for which is the ouster of the anti-national and dictatorial regime," the statement says.
Armenia's government reported that Mr Papazian was denied entry to Armenia under Article 8 of the Law on Foreign Citizens. The reason is that Murad Papazian was one of the organizers of the assault on the motorcade of the premier-led Armenian delegation near the Armenian Embassy in France, on June 1, 2021.
"The action participants threw different things at the premier's motorcade, and French police and security forces had to interfere to defuse the situation," the report reads.
Mr Papazian intends to defend his rights.
