One of the main achievements of the company under the leadership of Hayk Karapetyan is the launch of the Phoenix program: the entire HayPost system has been digitalized, all post offices have been connected to a single online system, the introduction of a customer satisfaction system in HayPost: services have become more customer-oriented, satisfying customer needs, the introduction of a legally certified HayPost+ Mail System: HayPost's postal operations have been digitized. Now customers can use a number of postal services offered by post offices without visiting the post office, Envelope, the introduction of hybrid mail software: 88% of postal transactions are already digitized, the launch of the HayPost Pay wallet: it allows to make utility payments, pay for mobile communications, Internet and TV, property tax, land tax, garbage collection fee, irrigation water fee and payments for other services, send transfers to other users or to bank cards, launch of the new Stamps.am website, which provides an opportunity to purchase a wide range of stamps and postcards and order them online.
Efforts have also been made to transform postmen's work using tablets: now postmen transfer pensions and carry out targeted delivery through tablets; it is also possible to make payments on the spot. An exemplary model of the HayPost post office was also established; 26 post offices were rebranded, refurbished, becoming more comfortable, technically equipped, meeting modern standards.
