ArmInfo. Armenia's Ministry of Defense refutes Azerbaijan's report on alleged sniping of the Azerbaijani positions. 

"According to a report by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, on  July 13 the Armenian troops opened fire on the Azerbaijani positions  in the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The  situation on thee Armenian-Azerbaijani border remains stable and  under full control of the Armenian armed forces," the report reads.
