ArmInfo. The delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Marcin Przydacz visited the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
According to the press service of the Museum-Institute, AGMI Deputy Director for Museum Affairs Lusine Abrahamyan presented the history of the establishment of the memorial and three khachkars installed on the territory of the complex, which are dedicated to the memory of Armenians who died during the ethnic cleansing of the Armenian population in Azerbaijan in the end of the last century.
Members of the Polish delegation observed a minute of silence in memory of about 1.5 million innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.
They also visited the Armenian Genocide Museum, where they got acquainted with the permanent and temporary exhibitions. Marcin Przydacz made an entry in the Book of Honored Guests.
