ArmInfo.A political assessment of the recording of the conversation will be given when the results of the investigation by the Prosecutor General's Office become known. Artur Hovhannisyan, MP from the ruling "Civil Contract" faction, stated this to journalists, commenting on the scandalous record with the participation of the former and current heads of the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia Ruben Vardazaryan and Gagik Jhangiryan.
The MP noted that the ruling faction is concerned about the content of this record, as well as the vocabulary used by the participants in the conversation. He recalled that the RA Prosecutor General's Office is studying this record, and a political assessment will be given after the results of the check.
Hovhannisyan noted that the authorities have been and will continue to follow the path of restoring justice and legality, despite the existence of difficulties and problems. "In this case, I urge you to refrain from commenting and wait for the results of the inspections conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office, only after that there will be comments," the MP said, noting that the authorities exclude the so-called "telephone justice" in their activities. "But, unfortunately, there are still cases that require legal regulation. It is possible that the issue will be discussed in the faction", Hovhannisyan stressed.
