On June 17, at 5:09am, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 was registered 14 km northeast of the Armenian village of Bavra in the Shirak region. The tremor measured magnitude 4 to 5 at the epicenter.
The earthquake was felt in the villages of Bavra, Saragyugh, Tavshut, Kazanchi, Ashotsk, Musaelyan of the Shirak region, Paghbyur, Metsavan, Dzoramut of the Lori region with a magnitude of 3 to 4 , as well as in the city of Tashir with a magnitude of 2 to 3.
