ArmInfo.In Armenia, 17% of respondents support the idea of forming a Union State with Russia and Belarus. This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted and  published by the Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC).

So, in order to clarify how much the respondents support the  formation of the Union State of Armenia with the Russian Federation  and Belarus, 17% said that they fully support this idea, 17% - rather  for, 16% said to some extent for, and to some extent against, 9% -  rather against, 28% - against, another 12% - found it difficult to  answer.

When asked what extent you approve of Armenia joining NATO and the  European Union and continuing to interact with the Russian-led EAEU,  12% of those polled were in favor of joining NATO, 16% rather  approve, 29% said that to some extent they approve, but in some they  do not, 7% said that they rather disapprove, 19% - they do not  approve, another 18% found it difficult to say.

At the same time, 16% of the respondents were in favor of joining the  EU, 21% - rather approve, 30% - said that they approved to some  extent and disapproved to some extent, 4% said that they rather  disapprove, 12% - not approve, another 17% found it difficult to say.

At the same time, 18% of respondents approved of interaction with the  EAEU, 22% - rather approve, 26% - said that they approve to some  extent, and disapproved to some extent, 6% said that they rather  disapprove, 14% - do not approve, another 14% found it difficult to  say.

When asked which country is the friendliest for Armenia, 35% of the  respondents mentioned Russia, and according to 2013 data, 83% of the  respondents mentioned Russia at that time,  36% mentioned France,  while only 4% of the respondents. 9% mentioned another country, 25  found it difficult to answer, another 18% said that Armenia has no  friends, while in 2013 only 4% of respondents thought so.

At the same time, only 46% of respondents consider Turkey and  Azerbaijan an enemy country. Moreover, in 2013 Azerbaijan was  considered an enemy by 66% of respondents, and Turkey by 28%. 6% gave  other answers.

The study was conducted from December 18, 2021 to February 4, 2022.  The study involved 1648 respondents over 18 years of age. Citizens  were selected from the republican electoral lists of 2018.  Accuracy  +/- 2.4%. Conducted tete-a-tete polls.  31% of respondents are from  Yerevan, 32% - from other cities of the republic, another 37% - from  villages.  55% are women, 47% are men, of which 52% are unemployed  and 48% are employed. 35% of respondents had secondary education,  28%- secondary vocational education, 25% - higher education, 1%-  post-graduate scientific degree, 3% - incomplete higher education, 7%  - incomplete secondary education.
