Artsakh president visits Martuni

ArmInfo. President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan visited Martuni and held a meeting with the heads of the local administration and communities.  

Mr Harutyunyan focused on the socio-economic programs and pointed out  a need for intense work to cope with the aftermath of war. Besides  the defense programs, the Artsakh government will consistently  implement all the major programs, particularly housing and  agricultural programs. 

Speaking of the security and geopolitical situation, the Artsakh  president said that based on thee agreements of November 9, 2020,  Artsakh remains committed to its course of independence and state  construction.

During the meeting, Mr Harutyunyan listened to the participants'  opinions and issued instructions to the executives.
