Third group of protesters start marching from Aparan to Yerevan

ArmInfo. Third group of protesters have started marching from Aparan to Yerevan. 

Artur Khachatryan, a member of the Armenia opposition faction, is  leading the protesters. Talking to reporters he said that "the  Turkish-Azerbaijani gang is not concealing its goals, namely,  destroying Armenia and the Armenian people." 

"The Armenian people cannot exist without Armenia and Artsakh.  Meanwhile, the Armenian authorities, instead of rebuffing our sworn  enemies, are speaking of reconciliation, peace and unilateral  concessions.  We are not against peace. We are champions of peace,  but we are stating that we cannot live a peaceful life in this region  as long as Armenia remains a weak state. We are not going to allow  our external enemies and their allies here to lead Armenia and  Karabakh to collapse. Let us head for victory!" 

The first group of the Resistance Movement started marching from  Ijevan on April 25, followed by a second group of protesters, who  started their march from Tigranashen on April 26. All the groups are  being led by opposition MPs. 

A massive rally is expected to take place in Yerevan on May 1, and  the opposition forces are going to demand Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan's removal and prevention of surrender of Artsakh. 

The police are reportedly using inadequate force against protesters  and preventing reporters working, according to the RA Human Rights  Defender.
