Armenia`s first president, Artsakh president discuss situation in  Artsakh 

ArmInfo. Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan held a meeting on April 3 with  President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan. 

Arman Musinyan, Spokesperson for Armenia's first president, reported  that the sides noted that, amid the Russian-Ukrainian war and Artsakh  and Armenian authorities, as well as opposition political forces,  need to be most cautious and take actions to prevent domestic  political escalation in Armenia and Artsakh.
