Artsakh authorities, Russian peacekeepers exerting efforts to  stabilize situation 

ArmInfo. From late last night to 10:00am, March 30, no serious ceasefire violations were recorded along the line of contact, the tactical situation remains unchanged  and tense, reports the Artsakh Information Headquarters.  

The Azerbaijani troops remain on the same positions in Karaglukh. 

"The Artsakh authorities, in cooperation with the Command of the  Russian peacekeepers, continue employing various diplomatic means to  ensure the return of Azerbaijani armed forces to their jump-off  positions and stabilize the politico-military situation. The public  will be informed of further developments," the report reads.
