Representatives of the Defense Army and the Russian peacekeeping contingent deployed in the Republic of Artsakh are trying through negotiations to stop the further advance of the enemy and return it to its initial positions. Women and children of the Hramort community of the Askeran region were evacuated for security reasons.
So, at the briefing, the journalist asked how the Russian Foreign Ministry "assesses the clear violation of the tripartite statement by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan."
