<Based on the need to improve the balance of powers of the branches of government, increase the efficiency of public administration and guided by paragraph 7 of Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh, on January 31, President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on the establishment of a commission on constitutional reforms under the President of the Republic of Artsakh>, the press service of the head of the NKR said.
The decree approved the personal composition of the commission, headed by the head of the department for government affairs of the Presidential Administration Arayik Lazaryan.
According to the decree, the commission was instructed to submit the concept of constitutional reforms to the president within three months.
