ArmInfo. A unique project, "Gagarin", is being implemented in Gegharkunik, Armenia. The project is designed to raise the social and economic development of rural settlement to a much higher level.
The DAR Foundation of Regional Development and Competitiveness is implementing the project. German experts have joined the project.
Anna Karakatsanis, CEO, Waldheim International Gmbh, and Arsen Aghajanyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, DAR Foundation of Regional Development and Competitiveness, signed a memorandum of understanding. Under the memorandum, the German side will provide necessary consultations on the construction of a settlement for the elderly under the Gagarin project. The German company's consultations concern the project development and implementation, construction strategy, mechanisms for comfortable conditions in conformity with the leading European geriatric homes.
The project will be implemented under the master plant of the world-famous company MVRDV (Netherlands).
Dutch architects are the leaders in designing the most comfortable geriatric homes. Waldheim International GMBH is implementing transnational projects of designing and constructing geriatric homes in Europe and Asia. The company also provides consultations on geriatric care.
