"We call to refrain from the use of force and to continue the meaningful political dialogue initiated recently. Poland as the OSCE Chair is committed to working with partners to renew and strengthen efforts aimed at establishing lasting peace and promoting sustainable development in the region. We support the efforts of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in this regard. We also reiterate our strong support for the continuing work of the Personal Representative of the Polish OSCE Chair-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk,"noted in the statement received by ArmInfo.
On January 11, the enemy fired on the Armenian combat positions in the direction of Gegharkunik, including from artillery and UAVs. According to the RA Ministry of Defense, as a result of these actions of the enemy, three Armenian servicemen were killed, and two more were injured. Azerbaijan confirmed the death of one of its soldiers. It is worth noting that since May 2021, the enemy has invaded the territory of the Republic of Armenia in Gegharkunik and Syunik, entrenched there and periodically undertakes various provocations.
