Head of Military Aviation Institute Named After Marshal Armenak  Khanperyants dismissed

ArmInfo. By the decree of the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Daniel Balayan was dismissed from the post of head of the Military Aviation Institute  Named After Marshal Armenak Khanperyants. The corresponding decree  was published on the website of the President of Armenia. Balayan  headed Aviation University for two decades. He is a 1st class  instructor pilot and an airborne training instructor. 

He was awarded with the "Vardan Mamikonyan" Order as well as  with  Medals: "For Combat Service"; "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree;  "For impeccable service" I and II degrees; "Marshal Baghramyan".
