Arman Khachatryan appointed Permanent Representative of Armenia to  CoE

ArmInfo.  RA President Armen Sarkissian  signed a decree on December 2 appointing Arman Khachatryan Armenia`s  permanent representative at the Council of Europe (residence in  Strasbourg). 

Arman Khachatryan (born in 1979) has been working at Armenia`s  Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2004.  In 2020-2021 he was  Secretary General of the Armenian National Commission for UNESCO. In  2020- 2021 Mr Khachatryan was Acting Head of the Department of  Multilateral Policy and Development Cooperation, RA Ministry of  Foreign Affairs. In 2018-2021 he was lecturer at the Department of  International Relations, Yerevan State University.
