Thus, in the message of the RA Ministry of Defense, it is noted that  on November 22, at about 6:10pm, divisions of the Armed Forces of  Azerbaijan opened fire from firearms of various calibers at Armenian  positions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, in particular, in the  village of Norabak, Gegharkunik region. 

"As a result of these actions, a conscript soldier, Private Suren  Safaryan (born in 2002) received a fatal gunshot wound.  The RA  Ministry of Defense shares the bitterness of the loss and expresses  condolences to the family members, relatives and colleagues of Suren  Safaryan, "the RA Ministry of Defense noted, adding that the shooting  stopped at 7:30 pm.
