ArmInfo. The process of preparing the demarcation will start from the zero point. Chairman of the Standing Parliamentary Committee on Defense and Security Andranik Kocharyan stated this on November 19 at parliamentary briefings. In his words, Armenia has given its consent to participate in the start of this process. At the same time, the MP of the ruling faction did not disclose details related to the proposals.
The MP of the "Civil Contract" faction Eduard Aghajanyan, in his turn, stated that Armenia is ready to start the process of forming a corresponding commission. In his words, Armenia has sent a written notification on the acceptance of Russia's proposal. As Aghajanyan pointed out, today it is too early to talk about the substantive part of the above-mentioned proposal, since we are talking only about the beginning of preparatory work.
At the same time, according to MP from the Civil Contract Artur Hovhannisyan, such negotiations are never made public, as "they are secret."
