RA Deputy Defense Minister has no information about injury of 4  Armenian servicemen in Vardenis

ArmInfo.Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia Arman Sargsyan did not comment on the incident in the RA Armed Forces, as a result of which several Armenian servicemen  were injured.

Thus, on October 28 in the RA parliament, during the discussion of  the draft law on the state border of the RA, to the clarifying  question of MP from the opposition "I Have Honor" bloc Taguhi  Tovmasyan, whether he has any information regarding the media  reports, that as a result of the explosion of a grenade in Vardenis,  several Armenian servicemen were injured, Sargsyan, in particular,  said: "I will now refrain from answering this question, since I do  not have clear information. In any case, when I left the Ministry of  Defense, I had no information about this." At the same time, he  expressed hope that the press service of the RA Ministry of Defense  would give an answer to this question in a short time.

Earlier, the media reported that this morning in the Norabak  community of the Vardenis district of the Gegharkunik region, 4  servicemen were injured as a result of a grenade explosion. It is  also noted that the servicemen were hospitalized in the Vardenis  Medical Center and the servicemen's injuries are not thought to be  life-threatening.

The press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry has not yet  commented on this information.
