Growth rates of coronavirus spread in Armenia remain high

ArmInfo.The growth rates of coronavirus spread in Armenia remain high. 

So, according to the Ministry of Health, over the past day, 15 616  tests for coronavirus were carried out in the country, of which the  disease was confirmed in 1765 cases (11.3%), while 881 people  recovered, died -    38.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, as of 11:00  am on October 15, 19,275 patients with COVID-19 are currently  undergoing treatment.

In addition, a case was registered yesterday when a patient was  diagnosed with a coronavirus, but death occurred due to another  disease. The total number of such cases reached 1 232 (0.4%).

Since the outbreak of the pandemic in Armenia, a total of 278 431  cases of coronavirus infection (15%) have been registered, while 252  211 people (90.5%) have recovered, the number of deaths has reached  5713 (2%). A total of 1,855,238 coronavirus tests were carried out in  Armenia.
