A civilian died in Artsakh as a result of a shot by an Azerbaijani sniper

ArmInfo.A peaceful resident of Nagorno-Karabakh was killed as a result of a sniper shot of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. Press secretary of the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Hunan Tadevosyan reported this.

It is noted that the incident occurred on the afternoon of October 9. At 1:15pm, the Martakert regional police department received a message that a local resident Aram Tepnants (born in 1966) was fatally wounded in the territory of a pomegranate garden near the city of Martakert, as a result of a sniper shot by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
