Serzh Sargsyan promised Aliyev to come to Mataghis

You  now have a good partner in Armenia - invite him while there is time,  and when he is no longer your partner, then I will come to Mataghis  and any other place in the Republic of Artsakh, " Sargsyan stressed.

It should be noted that yesterday, Azerbaijani President Ilham  Aliyev, during his visit to Mataghis, which came under the control of  the Azerbaijani side after the 44-day war, made a number of impartial  and unworthy statements for the head of state addressed to Serzh  Sargsyan. He also called Sargsyan a deserter and urged him to come to  Mataghis and meet with him. Aliyev also began to denigrate the  Armenian army during the days of Sargsyan in power, and urged him to  deprive him of the state regalia that the third president has in  connection with the victory in the first Karabakh war. Thus,  apparently Aliyev decided to publicly express what he did not dare to  say for many years during his meeting with Sargsyan, including  tete-a-tete.
