Nikol Pashinyan made personnel appointments

ArmInfo.Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made personnel appointments in the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, Special Investigation Service (SIS) and in the  Shirak Regional Administration.

According to the official website of the government, by Pashinyan's  decision of October 4, Robert Khachatrian was appointed Deputy  Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mushegh Babayan - Deputy Head of the  SIS, and Hovhannes Zohrabyan - Deputy Governor of the Shirak region  of Armenia.
