UN International Court of Justice to consider Azerbaijan`s claim  against Armenia on October 18

ArmInfo. The UN International Court of Justice will consider the claim of Azerbaijan against Armenia on October 18. Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev  told the journalists, Turan reports.

"The investigation of the" crimes "was carried out by a special  department in the Military Prosecutor's Office of the country. The  investigation was carried out in two directions: on persons who  committed crimes, their identification, search and wanted list, as  well as on filing claims in international courts for these crimes,"  Aliyev said. Aliyev also cynically stated that 75 criminal cases were  initiated on the facts of "war crimes of Armenians", 24 Armenian  soldiers were put on the international wanted list.

Thus, Azerbaijan, which committed a large-scale military aggression  against Artsakh with the support of Turkey and the involvement of  mercenaries from Syria and Libya last autumn, also decided to try to  shift responsibility for the events of that period to the Armenian  side.

It is not a secret for anyone that the Azerbaijani aggression was  accompanied by massive crimes against Armenian civilians and the  military; there are many videos on the World Wide Web with footage of  atrocities against captured military and civilians alike. There is  also a lot of evidence of the use of prohibited ammunition by the  Azerbaijani military, including white phosphorus.
