ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani authorities are responsible for the wounding of an Armenian soldier in the area of the village of Kut. This is stated in the official  statement of Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan. In particular,  describing this as a deliberate violation of the right to life, he  noted that Azerbaijan is acting in clear violation of international  law.

According to the source, the following facts serve as the basis for  such conclusions: the Azerbaijani armed forces illegally entered and  settled on the sovereign territory of Armenia - in Gegharkunik and  Syunik. The Ombudsman indicated that these are lands that legally  belong to the residents of the Republic of Armenia or are in public  ownership.

The Azerbaijani military periodically shoot in the direction of the  villages, creating a real threat to the life and health of the  civilian population, causing damage to property and animals.  According to the Ombudsman, the latter are stealing livestock, trying  to illegally imprison the civilian population, and hindering  agricultural work.

In the village of Kut and other neighboring villages, Azerbaijanis  set fire to pastures, because of their presence on the roads  bordering villages and intercommunal roads, restrictions on freedom  of movement have been created, threatening the human right to life.

Summarizing the facts presented, Tatoyan added that massive  violations of human rights by the Azerbaijani military, their  criminal actions threaten the peaceful life and safety of citizens.

To recall, today at 11:30 am, at the Armenian positions in the  direction of the village of Kut, Gegharkunik region, soldier of the  Nth military unit of the RA Armed Forces, private Garnik Abrahamyan  was wounded as a result of the provocation of the Azerbaijani Armed  Forces on the border with Armenia.
