ArmInfo. The Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan on his Facebook page urged to create security guarantees for himself and his children. "Until we do this, the armed Azerbaijani servants will continue to commit such crimes, tolerate unbridled behavior. There will always be uncertainty. For almost a year now, I have been warning about problems with concrete facts," he wrote.
Tatoyan shared a video in which Azerbaijani servicemen - armed and wearing masks - stopped a civilian bus carrying children. Children from Artsakh were driving along the Vorotan road. "Together with my colleague from Artsakh, Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan, we found out that they were 15-16 year old children playing football," he noted, noting that Azerbaijani sources are proud to distribute this video. The video was also published in the Azerbaijani segment of social networks, where it is accompanied by insults against children, calls for the murder of Armenians and hatred. The evidence is documented. This, as noted by the Armenian Ombudsman, is the result of a long-term policy of Armenian hatred, sponsored at the state level.
The day before, it was reported that on the Goris-Kapan interstate highway, the Azerbaijani military stopped and inspected a minibus carrying Karabakh children. The minibus had Karabakh symbols: the flag of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and "Grandfather and Grandmother". The Azerbaijanis stopped them, very impudently checked the teenagers' phones under the pretext of looking for some kind of record, and scraped the Artsakh flag off the bus with a knife. "Fortunately, the Russian peacekeepers noticed what was happening and quickly arrived. They came and saw off the children," said Deputy Mayor of Goris Karo Kocharyan.
A video posted on the Internet shows an Azerbaijani police officer in a threatening tone talking to children and young people on the bus. "Nagorno-Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan, do you understand?", The Azerbaijani told the children.
